Program Overview

Developing the Next Generation

Our Youth Performance Hockey Program is designed to develop young athletes through a structured and systematic approach. Each player follows a progressive training model to ensure they gain strength, speed, mobility, and confidence while reducing injury risk.

Training Schedule

Tuesday – Thursday

  • 3 days per week off-ice training
  • 2x per week on-ice sessions
  • Birth years 2011-2013

Shuttle Service
